Hotel 1929 is situated in the newly hip neighbourhood of Keong Saik Road in Chinatown, Hotel 1929 is a row of five traditional shophouses converted into a 32-room boutique hotel.
The exterior, a sophisticated ivory façade, features stylish balconies and shuttered windows with an awesome view of the colourfull buildings down the street. Inside, decor throughout is bright and modern with retro accents.
Catered more towards the eccentric hearts, this beautiful building evokes those who have a sense of adventure and a liking towards retro and vintage vibes, guests may find themselves in awe of the sense of history wonders.

Very close to Unagi Man Man & Potatohead. The hotel is clean and basic, since its such an affordable rate. I would recommend everyone to stay at their suite terrace where they have a huge balcony for you to hold a gathering! On top of which, the staff there are so helpful and extraordinary.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They recommended local good shops and foods. Hotel room is smaller than I think. But it's clean and comfy. Location is also center in the Chinese market so you can enjoy shopping with good price.
